About us

Flatout is an Austrian IoT company, specialised in the fields of Smart Homes and Access Solutions. The company was founded in 2013 by Daniel, Manuel and Christian. The three founders all had on thing in common – it was the belief that by connecting things, devices can bring more comfort, security and peace-of-mind to one’s life. Starting with the home, the team wanted to create a more energy-efficient, secure and entertaining life. The core idea has always been to create a platform, acting as a foundation for companies to build solutions, and connect devices from different brands, in order to give customers a wide range of IoT products to choose from.
